Booking, Setup, & Demo
The process begins by meeting with the event or show promoter to negotiate both a date and contract price for providing a Hawg Trough Fish Tank at your event. After a contract is signed to confirm the details, a deposit is made by the event sponsor booking the use of the Hawg Trough Fish Tank 6 to 12 months in advance of the event.
Depending on the event set up and the travel distance, approximately 2 days before the event begins, the driver/demonstrator of The Hawg Trough Fish Tank will transport the tank via a dually truck to the event location. Upon arrival at the event, the tank will be set in location in approximately 10′ x 50′ space, filled with water, stocked with fish, sponsor signage placed, and PA system installed.
At the start of the event, the driver/demonstrator will begin giving fishing seminars and demonstrations at regular intervals during the course of the day. See Photos of the Hawg Trough at recent shows.
At the end of the event, the driver/demonstrator will empty the tank, disassemble the tank and associated equipment, and make the return transport of the Hawg Trough Fish Tank.
